What types of equipment do you calibrate and recondition?

We service granite and cast-iron surface plates, bench centres, straight edges, angle plates, tri-squares, parallels, comparator stands, and other precision inspection tools used in industrial measurement.

How often should a surface plate be calibrated?

Most industries calibrate every 12 months, but high-usage environments may require calibration every 6 months. We can help you determine the right schedule based on your application.

Do you provide on-site calibration services?

Yes. Our technicians perform on-site calibration and reconditioning at your facility, minimizing downtime and ensuring immediate usability after service.

Are your calibration services traceable to standards?

Absolutely. All calibration work is performed using NABL-traceable instruments, ensuring compliance with IS, DIN, and ISO metrology standards.

Can damaged or worn surface plates be restored?

Yes. In most cases, worn or slightly damaged surface plates can be reconditioned through resurfacing and lapping, restoring flatness and accuracy to required grades.

How long does a calibration or reconditioning service take?
